Roommates, it looks like Lil Scrappy is interested in exploring a lil’ romance with fellow Atlanta artist Summer Walker! The ‘Love & Hip Hop ATL’ star recently took to social media to encourage his fans to help him shoot his shot at the ‘Girls Need Love’ singer.
Scrappy publicly announced his interest in Walker during an IG Live session screen recorded by Live Bitez. The video is only about 18 seconds long, but Scrap made it clear with his words and lip-licking that Summer has him STUCK!

Here’s The Message Lil Scrappy Shared For Summer Walker
Both Scrap and Walker independently walked the event’s black carpet on Wednesday night (Sept. 11). She wore a stunning curve-hugging, strapless, leopard print mini-dress paired with black pumps, dark sunglasses, and a red kissy purse matching the color of her lips! Walker also styled her hair in a blonde bob.
Meanwhile, Scrappy wore a brown leather two-piece shorts set with a white tee and brown designer sneakers. He was wearing the same ‘fit while filming his request for fans to help him bag Summer. It appears that Scrap was backstage at the Video Music Awards (VMAs) when he threw his ball at her hoop!
“Man, y’all need to tell Summer Walker I said what’s up! I been in her lil’ earpiece cuz,” Lil Scrappy said on IG Live. “I ain’t even gon play with you like that; you feel me,” he added, licking his lips, before lifting his glasses to deliver a whispered comment.
Isn’t Summer Already Boo’ed Up?
It’s unclear if Lil Scrappy is aware that earlier this year, Summer Walker debuted her new man, Coop Cashington! On her 28th birthday on April 11, she shared a carousel of images that included photos of her hugging Coop. At the time, he also shared a birthday tribute, calling the singer the “love his [his] life.”
Shortly after their relationship debut, harassment allegations from several women against Cooper surfaced online. But that did little to deter Summer’s new romance, at least in the public eye! Amid the allegations, she shared content featuring them boo’ed up in an elevator and enjoying a roller skating date.
Later that same month, Coop posted a series of selfies with his lady, and fans noted that he had tattooed her name on his jawline.
By July, the couple appeared to still be going strong in the honeymoon phase! They seemingly enjoyed a yacht night on the Fourth of July, complete with smooches and throwback poses.
At this time, Summer Walker has not publicly reacted to Lil Scrappy shooting his shot, and it’s unclear if he has privately contacted her. Additionally, no photos of Coop are currently available on her Instagram feed, which could indicate she’s back on the market. Most recently, Walker seemingly shaded another man in her life: London On Track and his parenting regarding their daughter Bubbles.
Will Scrap’s shot make it through the hoop? Only time will tell!
