According to Rolling Stone, Graves says Sean Combs and his former bodyguard drugged, bound, and raped her at the producer’s recording studio, “Daddy’s House,” in New York City. Additionally, Thalia’s lawsuit states that she later learned Combs had allegedly filmed and sold her assault as pornography.

The filing, reviewed by Rolling Stone, reportedly reveals that Thalia and Diddy met in 1999. Her former boyfriend, an alleged former executive at Combs’ label Bad Boy, introduced them. She did not reveal who the executive was but said that they attended events at Diddy’s house together. Graves also claims she frequently visited her boyfriend at Daddy’s House studio.

In 2001, however, Combs allegedly asked Thalia Graves to meet to “discuss her boyfriend’s supposed performance issues.” He arrived at her residence with his former bodyguard, Joseph Sherman, driving an SUV. During the ride, Thalia says she accepted a glass of wine from Diddy that made her feel “lightheaded, dizzy, and physically weak.” Thalia claims she couldn’t walk when they arrived at the studio and that she lost consciousness in his office. The lawsuit states that “Combs caused a drug to be put into” Thalia’s drink.

When she regained consciousness, Thalia said she was naked, bound, and with her hands tied behind her back with a plastic object. Graves says the former bodyguard slammed her head into a pool table when she tried to scream, and shortly after, Diddy allegedly entered the room naked.

“[Diddy] then bent [Graves] over the table, causing her feet to dangle above the floor, forcefully held her down, and anally penetrated her without her consent … [Graves] was unable to move, totally overpowered physically, in addition to being drugged and bound,” the suit reportedly states.

Combs allegedly also slammed Graves’s head into the pool table when she tried to escape. She reportedly lost consciousness again, and when she awoke, Joseph Sherman allegedly repeatedly slapped and forced her to perform oral sex on him. Per Rolling Stone’s report, Thalia Graves woke up on a couch naked and alone and called a family driver.

“The driver drove her to the hospital and tried to convince her to report the rape and get a rape kit, but she was unable to leave the car, shaking and crying hysterically and terrified of what Combs would do to her and her family if she reported him,” the lawsuit states.

After confessing to her boyfriend, Graves alleges he discouraged her from reporting the assault to save his career. The lawsuit further claims that Combs and Sherman have threatened her throughout the years to ensure her silence.

After Cassie filed a sexual assault, abuse, and trafficking lawsuit against Sean in Nov. 2023, Graves said her former boyfriend contacted her. He allegedly revealed that Combs and Sherman had a pattern of sexually assaulting women and selling tapes as pornography.

Graves filed the 11th lawsuit against Diddy on Tuesday (Sept. 24). The timing marks one week since a judge remanded him to custody for pre-trial detention. Prosecutors have charged him with sex trafficking, racketeering, and transportation to engage in prostitution. Their 14-page indictment paints the picture of a man who allegedly “abused, threatened, and coerced women and others around him to fulfill his sexual desires, protect his reputation, and conceal his conduct.”

Ten other Diddy lawsuits have been made public, and he settled Cassie’s 35-page filing within 24 hours for an undisclosed amount. Dainty Kane’s Dawn Richard is the latest to accuse the mogul of sexual abuse.
