Blueface has been in jail since January 2024, and he seems to be okay with being behind bars a little longer. The rapper spoke candidly during a recent phone call interview, updating fans on his daily activities, when he expects to come home, and where he stands with Chrisean Rock.
Last week, a judge sentenced him to four years for violating his probation in an assault case from September 2021. At the same time, Las Vegas has a warrant out for Blue for a 2022 shooting case. Ultimately, he got more probation, a suspended jail sentence, and time served for 30 days in jail.

Blueface Excepts To Be Home By 2025
Blue spoke with Gina Views on an ‘Effective Immediately’ episode released on Monday (August 19). The phone call is his first time breaking his silence since his four-year prison sentence. While that might sound like a “whew!” moment for some, Blueface is confident he’ll be out in a couple of months.
After Blue’s sentencing, his manager, Wack 100, shared the same sentiment in a chat with ‘The Donat Show.’
On the call, Blueface disclosed that he has a year’s credit on the sentence, bringing down his time behind bars to three years. Additionally, he said he’s only required to do 33 percent of that time. By his calculations, Blueface says he could be out as soon as Match or April 2025.
As far as how he’s DOING, the ‘Th*tiana’ rapper says he’s “chilling.”
“I’m in my environment, you know imma always soak up and adapt to it, it ain’t really nothing. It’s like a lil’ break from responsibility, honestly,” he said on the call.
Despite his different “environment” and two sentencings in assault and shooting cases, Blue admitted to having “smoke” for two rappers.
“Soulja Boy promised me a fade so whatever’s clever, the fastest way we can do it. I’m still on that,” Blue said. “I think NLE [Choppa] owes me one, too. I’ve seen him out there popping it.”

Additionally, he shared how he’s been spending his time, which included a very risqué, Blueface-coded response to start. “I be j**king off, watching TV, eating Doritos, and using the phone. That’s pretty much it,” he said.
Blueface shared that he’s been watching “a lot of the news” and talk shows like ‘Sherri’ and ‘The Jennifer Hudson Show’ on the lockup’s 12 channels.
Later, he shared how his physical appearance has changed in the last eight months.
“I’m like 180 [pounds] right now; I’ve never been 180 before. I’m getting sized up; I’m about to bounce out looking like a dalmatian,” Blueface said on the exclusive call.”
He doesn’t have any plans to drop his own music soon. However, he says he has a couple of verses for other people. But he wasn’t able to spit a recall one when the ‘Effective Immediately’ hosts requested. As for MILF Music, Blueface says it’s still operational.
Blue Shares Where He Stands With Chrisean Rock
The hosts asked Blueface whether he plans to release a third season of ‘Crazy In Love’ his reality show with Chrisean Rock.
“I don’t know, that’s a tough one. Me and Rock, we vibing right now, but you know when that fitness get involved, you know it might get a little weary.”
As for their current stance, Blue admitted that they “stay on a three-way” and added that he had “just” gotten off the phone with her. He shared that Chrisean is doing “aight” and will be “out soon.”
Blueface said he hasn’t been able to “be in touch” with Chrisean Jr. at the moment, given that Chrisean is also locked up out in Oklahoma. However, the dad of three said hopefully, Rock will “bring him” to visit him once she’s out.
