DaniLeigh received word today about her sentence in her DUI hit-and-run case.
Miami Dade County court records reviewed by The Shade Room show a hearing took place on Thursday (Feb.1) with Judge Ellen Sue Venzer. The artist, real name Danielle Leigh Curiel, was sentenced to five years probation. Her probation begins today and ends on January 31, 2029.
At this time, it’s unclear if Dani has any additional probation conditions. Michael Catalano represented Leigh in court, per the records.

As previously reported, local police arrested the ‘Easy’ singer in Miami Beach on May 30, 2023. She had reportedly struck a moped and the motorist while driving under the influence of alcohol. Court records at the time showed a charge related to leaving the crime scene after causing serious bodily injury, per XXL.
